Program Fees

We’re affordable!

Arch Adult Day Care Services LLC will accept the following forms of payment:

  • Private Pay
  • Community-based waiver funds by the county/state; or
  • Service authorization by your county/managed care organization (MCO) Care Manager/Coordinator

Our Daily Adult Day Care Services and Transportation rates are based on the Department of Human Service Community-Based Waiver Service rates. The base rate includes professionally supervised adult day programming, a morning and afternoon snack, and a catered lunch.
